Fire Ant Frolic is a lot of dancing, and we need a lot of help to make it work. Throughout the year the FAF committee has been hard at work organizing talent, booking bands, callers, designing T-Shirts, fliers, and making a budget to keep the costs as low as possible. If you could help at the dance please email us using the link. Things we need help with include: staffing the registration desk, helping prepare snacks, water wrangling, helping with hospitality, or anyhting you think we might need help with.
If you have space in your home that you could put up someone attending FAF2008 please contact Brenda Shawn, the hospitality chair at 512-288-2664.
I know that we have not yet held the event for 2008 yet, but we're already looking forward to organizing the dance in 2009. The hall we hold the dance is is sought after for weddings and other events, so we have to plan well in advance. If you would like to join the board for FAF2009 please talk with any of the board members.
