Refund Policy
Background
Fire Ant Frolic is run by a group of volunteers who have given their
time to organize the event. We receive and process registrations as
efficiently as possible, and we understand that on occasion real-life
events overtake a dancers ability to attend the dance. The aim of the
policy is to reduce the workload on the organizers just before the event,
and handle refunds as efficiently as possible.
Cancellation on or before to the early cut-off date:
- Full refund
- Paid shortly after the early cut off (October 1 in 2008)
Cancellation after to the early cut-off:
- Full refund minus $10 processing fee
- Paid shortly after the event (November 2 in 2008)
